How do I sign up now for CrossFit Women's Boot Camps?
Once we've received your registration information,by email or phone. We'll contact you to schedule
your pre-boot camp evaluation. Or you can swing by and enroll.
Remember, there are limited spots available.

What is the Pre- Boot Camp Evaluation ?
The Pre-Boot Camp Evaluation includes the following:
1. We will give you an introduction to our Women's Boot Camp Hamilton, Ancaster and Dundas and answer any questions you may have. We will also review your medical history.
2. We will take a few simple measurements to see where you are prior to commencing camp. The actual measurements (number of inches) don't matter. We want to know how much you improve during the camp. It's strictly for a post-camp comparison. These numbers and all other information will be held in the strictest confidence.
3. We will record your weight and measure your body fat percentage. Again, the numbers don't matter. We just want to be able to measure your improvement. Don't be surprised if you see a 3-8% reduction in your body fat over the four weeks! This is common.
4. You will receive your Welcome Packet, a big smile and a congratulations for making the best fitness decision you have ever made.
5. You are ready to go. See you at boot camp!
What do I need to bring to boot camp?
You will need to bring an open mind and a smile. You will also want to bring water to keep yourself hydrated during camp. Optional items are a towel to dry off with and gloves or mittens in the winter(in case we go out). Dress in a layered fashion...even if it is chilly, you will get warm very fast!
What if I sign up for the three day plan and then want to do all more days of the camp?
After starting camp, many women realize how fun and convenient it is so they request to sign up for more days. In addition, they realize that the more days they attend camp the greater the results. In these situations, you will simply be pro-rated from the point you decide to join us for more days .
Will I be sore sometimes?
Most people feel some soreness for the first 2-3 days. After that point, it is slight to moderate. It's part of the process that lets you improve!

What kinds of people go to boot camp Hamilton, Dundas and Ancaster?
They are people just like you. Someone who needs a little push to jump
start their fitness and wellness program. Some exercise experience is a benefit to ensure your safety and a better flow of class but not necessary.
Is there a refund policy?
If you are unable to attend camp due to circumstances out of your control, we can offer you a refund if you notify us prior to your session start date. However, due to the limited space we will charge a $50.00 cancellation fee. If you have attended and followed everything and are not happy with you results then we will give you your money back in the first camp after 3 weeks.
What is a typical day like at Boot Camp?
That's difficult to say since each day is intentionally different to alleviate boredom. You can expect Pilates, Yoga, Circuit Training, some light running, weight training, obstacle courses, core training and jumping rope each week. On special days, you will go hiking. It's always an adventure, and you'll always have fun! We teach you a great deal about proper form and "core stability." You will enjoy a unique fitness experience from the top trainers in the industry and the only CrossFit based boot camp club in the Province.
How soon will I see results from my Women's Boot Camp?
Performance improvement can take place in as little as three days. "Visual Improvement" can take from two to four weeks depending on your effort level and attention to the meal plan. It's becoming common to see a camper go down 1-2 dresses sizes within the first camp. Remember, everyone is different! It's not a competition, so focus on your individual results.
Are there shower facilities, or a place I can get ready for work?
Yes. So come ready to work up a sweat.
What will I do after Boot Camp is over?
You can get re-measured and tested to show your progress and success in the program. Many (up to 80%) of the campers return for a second and even third camp.
Is a diet program included as part of the Boot Camp Hamilton , Ancaster and Dundas?
Not a "diet" but a meal plan that you may choose to use for the rest of your life after you feel how much energy you can have and see your fat falling off. We strongly recommend that you follow our plan for to a tee for the first camp.

What other events are included or offered?
On occasion, there will be special events hosted by SteelCity Boot Camp. These will be educational or community related events which will allow you to learn about health and fitness, contribute to the community, and socialize with other members of the boot camp outside of our daily workout sessions.
